With our present technology, Satan is having a field day in the Internet. Satan is diverting the attention of God’s people away from their Lord. He is trying to confuse us, individually and collectively by using websites that declare about his false dominion. These websites are misleading people in different practical issues and spiritual matters. Since we humans, have so much trouble communicating with one another in a more personal way; specially with today’s technology (IPods, My Space, YouTube, Text Messages, Cell phones, Instant messages, Internet, Intranet, etc.), it is no wonder our communication with God, our Father, has become less effective and more difficult. God's Friends is determined to become part of His instruments (Ezek. 22:30) and stand in the gap to see His redemptive plan be manifested and His triumphant glory shine through all the corners of this earth (including in the Internet). God's Friends pledges to Our Father God to co-labor with Him to pray His perfect will for mankind and declare that Our Lord Jesus Christ is the glory of God the Father. God's Friends will attend to every prayer request that comes to this website with Dedication, Unity, Courage and Enthusiasm, (Acts 4:30,12;1-5; 1Pet.4:8; Jas.5:16; Ps.133:1; Eph.4:3, 4:13; Acts 4:29-31, 14:3, Eph.3:12, 6:20, Heb.4:16, 10:19-25; Ps.37:4, 43:40)
Have confidence that during my prayers, I am praying to God the Creator (Neh.9:6), The Only God (Is.45:5), The Almighty God (Ps.89:8), A Loving God (IJn.4:16), A Faithful God (Dt.7:9), A Merciful God (Neh.9:31), A God of Justice (Rom.3:26), The Holy One (Rev.4:8), The God of Miracles (Ps.77:14), The God, our Shepherd (Ps.23:1-3), A Provider God (2Cor.9:8), A Forgiving God (Neh.9:17), The God who heals (Ex.15:26), The God of all comfort (2Cor.1:3), The Lifter of our Head (Ps.3:3), A God of Joy (Ps.21:6), The God of all the earth (Is.54:5), and The God Who answers Prayers (Is.65:24). This is the assurance that He is listening to these prayers, that He is also our Father!

Prayer Nuggets Oct / Nov 2008
The intimacy of your Prayer Life is measured by the same Level of relationship you have with your Father God.
“And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them, for your father knows what you need before you ask Him.” Matthew 6:5-8
Points to consider:
“When you pray!” This phrase speaks of a life that prays constantly. God didn’t leave you a choice. He saw it as part of your life. Don’t do it only when crisis comes to your life. The more you do it, the better you become at it. Pray at all times: in the bus, at work, at school, while cooking, even at the shower. Prayer is talking to God! I may be wrong, but sometimes I see prayer as a savings account, the more time I spend with God in Prayer, the easier it becomes to withdraw assets from the account.
“Do not be like hypocrites!” You cannot hide anything from God. If during your prayer time, God brings a personal sin to your memory, it is time to deal with it. In order to have a good conversation with God, you must be willing to come face to face. Don't wear a mask, Don't put on a face that you don't have, be yourself. He is a Holy God and He wants your complete heart, as it is. You want His attention, He deserves yours too.
“Hypocrites love to pray standing….seen by men!” I get disturbed when people during church services say “Hallelujah” very often so people can notice them and see them as bible scholars or very holy people. sometimes their "Hallelujahs" become a distraction instead of a unity with what the Spirit of God is teaching. I ask myself many times (are they doing it for a show, do they have a special revelation that I don't have, or do they have a religious spirit that likes to distract the Body of Christ). They have received definitely their reward at that moment: the praise of men. There must be a balance in everything we do because our God is a God of order. We ought to be more like God’s Secret Service! Display our fruits of the Spirit more often and let our actions speak louder than our words.
“Close the door and pray to your Father who sees what is done in the secret!” Go to your Father and be yourself! Cry, scream and shout if your need to, dance if you want to, praise Him, worship Him, let your true feelings come out and don’t hold back. Do it behind the scene! Get crazy if you want to (but whenever we are in the Body of Christ, move in the same spirit - Learn to be in harmony with the Body). Your Father knows you very good and understands everything about you! Your honesty will be rewarded because He will bring either healing to your situation or an answer to your true desire.
“Do not keep on babbling.....because of their many words!” Simplicity is one of the most precious attributes. Religion is what always tries to make a good impression. I am a strong believer that Religion is the worst enemy of our Faith and in the Body of Christ. You will not stir God’s heart by your many words, but with your simple faith as a child. It doesn't take a lot of faith to please God. It is the size of a mustard seed all that you need to move a mountain, but that mustard seed has its total dependance on God.
“For your Father knows…before you ask Him!” Appreciate your Father God. He is a Living God who knows everything about your needs and desires. Sometimes a thankful heart goes further than an honest request. If you worship Him and praise Him for everything that He has done already for you, He will show and give you even more things that you haven’t asked Him for. Recognize Him as your Father. Obey Him as your Father, let God lead you as your Father, Thank Him as your Father. FOR HE KNOWS YOU AS HIS CHILD.
Spend time in His Presence and know Him more intimately. Relationship pays off!
God is with you!
